BGB through its subsidiary BG Realty Sdn Bhd, Greater Heights Sdn Bhd and Twin Ridge Sdn Bhd has embarked on a series of land acquisitions; join venture deals and developments since 2002, in line with expansion and diversification strategy adopted by the Group.
The maiden project was the Taman Pusat Kepong, a mixed development with GDV of RM49million, comprised of 462 units of shoplots, office lots and apartments. This project was successfully sold out and handed over to the end-owners earlier than the contractual period. Todate, BGB through its development arm is also planning on several projects within the Klang Valley and regional area.
In terms of property service and management, the Group through its associate company SPS Property Management Sdn Bhd, is currently managing more than 5000 units of various types of residential and commercial units within Subang Jaya vicinity and throughout Klang Valley. .
