• MR. CHEAH YOKE MONG
Chief Operating Officer (Construction), joined BGB in 1986. He holds a Diploma in Architecture (1979) from Institute Technology Negeri Ipoh and has extensive experience in building construction.
• MR. LAU POH LEE
Senior General Manager (Finance), joined BGB in 1996. He is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, having qualified in 1989. He also completed the MBA programme from Heriot-Watt University in 2002. He completed his articleship with Azman, Wong, Salleh & Co. including working 2 years under the corporate consultancy services division. Subsequently he spent 6 years as Finance & Accounts Manager for Green Mountain Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd Group of companies, having property development as its core business.
• MR. TAN TENG CHUN
General Manager (Contracts), joined BGB in 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building (1978) from the National University of Singapore; and Member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (1982), Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (1982), Registered Quantity Surveyor, Malaysia (1985). Prior to joining BGB, his 28 years work experience includes working with Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia, Yong dan Mohd Faiz Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Landgon Every Cost Engineers (Thailand) Pte Ltd and Danau Kota Development Sdn Bhd.
• MR. FONG TUCK YONG
General Manager (Plant & Equipment Division), joined BGB in 1989. He holds an Advance Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Building Technology (1987) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College. Before assuming his present position, he was the project manager for all the Subang Perdana building contracts undertaken by BGB.
• MR. TIN BOON YOK
Deputy General Manager (Construction), joined BGB in 1990. He holds a Diploma in Building Technology (1986) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, and has more than 15 years experience in general contracting and contract management.
• MR. TEH SU LEE
Assistant. General Manager (Construction), joined BGB in 1991. He holds a Diploma in Building Technology (1989) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, and has 18 years experience in cost and contract management.
• MS. ANNIE YAP YIN HOON
Company Secretary, joined BGB in 1997. She was also the Company Secretary for Mutiara Goodyear Development Berhad from 2001-2009, a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. She has more than 20 years of working experience in the field of corporate secretarial matters.
